The tool automatically identifies the best threshold for your image and removes small "islands" (disconnected white areas that would fall out of a physical stencil). You can also convert image to silhouette for clean profile-style cutouts.
The converter applies a brightness threshold: pixels above the threshold become white (cut away), pixels below become black (remain). Island detection identifies disconnected areas and optionally bridges them so the stencil holds together when cut. The result is a printable template you can transfer to stencil material.
